This is my 6 year old's "favorite hotel ever" - we travel to new destinations every month, so he has experienced quite a few. The family guest rooms, the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor play areas coupled with the warmth of the wait staff make this a winning combination for families!

After spending two separate vacations each more than a week, we have zero complaints. However, we have the impression that if ever there was a complaint it would be handled quickly and professionally.

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere in the treatment areas as well as high quality performance of treatments.

The pool area is well maintained with brand new seating areas updated since our last visit (6 months prior) - the old ones seemed to be just fine, but this is just one example of the attention to detail and high maintenance standards of this hotel. The water temperature is pleasingly warm.
